Delivery Policy
If you have opted for your masks to be shipped to you, they will be sent via Courier. Once they have been packed and ready for collection, you will receive the Tracking Number. Please check your Spam folder regularly, as the emails may be filtered there when received by your email inbox.
Your courier package should arrive 2-3 days after you have received your Tracking Number, however, due to increased demands on courier services, we cannot guarantee this and this is outside of our control.
All orders are shipped in the order they are received by us for all products currently in stock.
By opting for courier delivery, the customer gives Masked Up permission to share the delivery and contact information provided, with NZ Post Couriers, to allow email and txt updates to occur until the package is delivered.
If you opt to have your order couriered without a signature on delivery, Masked Up takes no responsibility for the loss of the package, once it has been delivered by the Courier. When 'without signature' delivery is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the package can be left in a secure location and kept safe from the moment the delivery happens.
If your courier package contents arrive damaged, with the masks no longer sealed or damaged, Masked Up will happily replace your damaged product as per the requirements set out in the Consumer Guarantee Act.
