Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of mask wearing and the current pandemic outbreak, we cannot offer refunds or returns except in the following situations:

1.  Masked Up sends you the incorrect items as per your order;

2.  Your delivery is damaged compromising the sealed packets of masks;

Masked Up recognises and follows the requirements as set out in the Consumers Guarantee Act.  If your delivery goes missing, please contact us so we can follow up with the Courier company and arrange a re-delivery of your order if it has been lost by the Courier company.  Please note:  If your delivery is marked as delivered by the Courier company, then the conditions in our Delivery Policy apply.
